Ingredients
- 8 oz. Camembert cheese (or Brie) ⓘ
- 4 oz. Neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese) ⓘ
- 4 oz. Limburger (or Romadur cheese) ⓘ
- 8 oz. butter (Plugra, Kerry Gold, etc.) ⓘ
- 4 oz. yellow onion, very finely chopped ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. smoked/hot Spanish paprika ⓘ
- 1/8 tsp. ground cumin (optional) ⓘ
- Several small radishes, thinly sliced. ⓘ
- One small white onion, thinly sliced (optional) ⓘ
- Soft pretzels or toasted dark rye bread ⓘ
Instructions
- - Allow the cheese and butter to come to room temperature.
- - Mix thoroughly in a bowl with the finely chopped onion and spices.
- - Use an ice cream scoop or melon baller to make nice rounds, and serve alongside pretzels or bread with sliced radishes and white onion on the side.
