Okie Enchiladas

Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onion.
- (Salt & pepper to taste.)
- In a separate pan add soup, water and chilies.
- Heat until hot.
- If soup is too thick you can add more water but don't make it too thin. Drain grease from beef mixture.
- Fill tortillas with beef mixture and some cheese.
- Roll and set in 9 X 13 baking pan.
- (Coat bottom lightly with oil to keep enchiladas from sticking.)
- Pour soup sauce over enchiladas to coat and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until everything is heated through. 8 - 10 servings.
