Ingredients

  • 2 cans black-eyed peas (Ranch Style brand with jalapeno peppers)
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 to 8 small green onions, chopped (including green ends)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 package Good Seasons salad dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Drain black-eyed peas well.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and green onions to the peas.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder over the mixture.
  4. Prepare salad dressing mix as directed and add to the bowl.
  5. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Serve with corn chips or Doritos.
