Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded cabbage, grated cucumber, shredded carrots, crushed pineapple, mayonnaise, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
