Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo (butter)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the oleo (butter).
  2. Mix 1/4 cup powdered sugar, flour, and chopped pecans to make the crust mixture.
  3. Press the crust mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 375°F, or until brown.
  5. Prepare the cream cheese filling by blending the cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
