Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 gallons cut up tomatoes
  • 6 onions
  • 6 green bell peppers
  • 20 jalapenos
  • 1 lb. carrots shredded
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 (32 oz.) catsup
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup salt

Instructions

  1. Put all peppers, onions, and carrots through a food processor.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and cook for 1 hour.
  3. Pack into hot sterile jars and allow them to seal themselves.
