Ingredients

  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 6 slices cold boiled meat, cut in thin strips
  • 12 radishes, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • sugar
  • salt
  • 4 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Chill the mixture before serving.
  3. Serve with kvas or beer.
