Ingredients

  • 2 c. apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 cube butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Add the apple juice, lemon juice, and stir well.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and melt the butter into the syrup.
  5. Serve warm.
