  • 6 peaches, peeled and split
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in an iron skillet.
  2. Place peach halves evenly in the skillet.
  3. Fill the peach cavities with brown sugar.
  4. Simmer over low heat until the peaches are well cooked.
  5. Serve warm with cream and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg.
