- Mix all ingredients and let stand overnight.
- Next morning add 2 cups white sugar and 2 well beaten eggs. Sift together flour and pumpkin pie spices.
- Mix into raisin mixture thoroughly.
- Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350° for 60 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean).
