Instructions
- Mix flour and salt and make a hole in the middle.
- Place the egg in the hole.
- Heat milk to lukewarm and mix yeast with part of the milk to dissolve it.
- Place the dissolved yeast mixture in the middle of the flour with the rest of the milk.
- Start stirring from the middle and go outwards.
- Add washed and strained raisins. Put a tea towel over the dough and let rise for about an hour. Drop batter by spoons into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
