Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups pitted black olives, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté without browning.
  3. Add chopped black olives and chopped parsley; sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until olives are heated through.
