Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 turnip/radish
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 mint leaf
  • 1 parsley
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut vegetables into small strips, julienne.
  2. Mix together mint leaf, parsley, pepper, salt, lemon juice, and oil to make the dressing.
  3. Combine the cut vegetables with the homemade salad dressing and mix well.
  4. Let stand for an hour so vegetables can absorb the dressing.
