Ingredients

  • 1 can Veg-All vegetables, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Mix Veg-All, cream of mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup, 1 cup milk, cooked chicken, and onion powder in an ungreased rectangular baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
  3. Combine Bisquick baking mix and 3/4 cup milk to make the topping batter.
  4. Pour the batter evenly over the soup mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
