Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 4 to 6 pieces of chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a 3-quart casserole dish, place uncooked rice.
  3. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of rice.
  4. Spoon cream of celery soup over the rice.
  5. Pour boiling water over the mixture.
  6. Place chicken pieces on top of the mixture.
  7. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
