Instructions
- Trim crust off all bread.
- Butter 6 slices and place buttered side down in 9 x 13-inch pan (glass preferred).
- Spread ham over bread.
- Top the ham with slices of cheese.
- Butter the other 6 slices of bread, place them on the cheese, buttered side up.
- In mixing bowl beat eggs and add milk and dash of pepper.
- Pour over ingredients in pan, melt 1/2 c. butter and drizzle over top. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
