Ingredients

  • 1 layer sliced potatoes
  • 1 layer sliced carrots
  • 1 layer diced celery
  • 1 layer diced onions

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Place a layer of sliced potatoes at the bottom of the dish.
  3. Add a layer of sliced carrots over the potatoes.
  4. Spread a layer of diced celery and onions on top of the carrots.
  5. Brown the ground meat and layer it above the vegetables.
  6. Mix tomato soup with water.
  7. Pour the tomato mixture over the layered ingredients in the dish.
  8. Bake in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 2 hours.
