Instructions
- Grease a baking dish.
- Place a layer of sliced potatoes at the bottom of the dish.
- Add a layer of sliced carrots over the potatoes.

- Mix tomato soup with water.
- Pour the tomato mixture over the layered ingredients in the dish.
