One Minute Orange Salad

Instructions
- Break up 1 head of lettuce in a deep bowl.
- Layer mushrooms, chives, parsley, chopped water chestnuts, and olives (optional) on top of the lettuce.
- Spread a small jar of Hellmann's mayonnaise over the layered ingredients.
- Cover the bowl with cellophane, plastic wrap, or a lid.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir the salad and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve as leftovers or a ready-made salad.
