Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream and egg in a large mixing bowl; beat until well blended.
  2. Add pancake mix; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
