Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. fruit yogurt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Beat above until blended, using a wooden spoon.
  2. Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
