Instructions
- Place uncooked rice in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, and water; pour two-thirds of the mixture over the rice.
- Lay the cut-up chicken over the rice.
- Pour the remaining soup mixture over all.
- Cover lightly with foil.
- Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
