Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can water
  • 1 chicken, cut up

Instructions

  1. Place uncooked rice in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish.
  2. Mix cream of chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, and water; pour two-thirds of the mixture over the rice.
  3. Lay the cut-up chicken over the rice.
  4. Pour the remaining soup mixture over all.
  5. Cover lightly with foil.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
