Onion Corncake

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425f.
- Saute onions in butter until soft on MHigh. Let cool.
- In bowl combine mix, egg, milk and cream corn. Spread in 8x8 greased pan.
- Mix sour cream, salt and 1/2c of cheese with cooled onions. Spread over muffin mix. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 20-30 min.
