Ingredients

  • 6 onions, sliced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute sliced onions in margarine until crystalline.
  2. Mix in beaten eggs, light sour cream, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce.
  3. Pour the mixture into a prepared Pet-Ritz pastry shell.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 450°F.
  5. Reduce temperature to 325°F and bake for an additional 25 minutes until set and golden.
