Ingredients

  • 1/2 gal. sliced onions
  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 small hot green peppers
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1 c. ice water

Instructions

  1. Cover the sliced onions, sliced cucumbers, and hot green peppers with salt and ice water.
  2. Let stand for 1 hour.
  3. Drain the vegetables well before using.
