Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 3/4 c. oil

Instructions

  2. Slowly add oil while blending to emulsify the dressing.
  3. Optionally, add some catsup to enhance flavor, then blend again.
