Ingredients

  • 2 yellow onions
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup potato chips
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lay half of the sliced yellow onions in the bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cream of celery soup and water.
  4. Crush the potato chips into small pieces.
  5. Spread half of the crushed chips over the onions in the pan.
  6. Pour half of the soup mixture over the chips.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining onions, chips, and soup mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
  9. Serve hot as a side dish with grilled ribs or steak.
