Open Face Blueberry Pie

Instructions
- In a saucepan, put 1 cup blueberries, sugar and water.
- Bring to a boil; make a paste combining flour, salt and water.
- Add to the blueberry mixture, stirring until thickened.
- Remove from heat and add hot mixture to uncooked reserved 3 cups blueberries.
- Fold well and pour all into the baked pie shell.
- Chill for at least 3 hours.
- Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
