Open-Faced Tuna Tempter(Microwave)

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • celery seed
  • onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 4 thin slices tomato
  • 4 slices American cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna and mayo; season with celery, onion, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread tuna on toast; top with tomato.
  3. On paper plate, heat sandwiches at Medium 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
  4. Top with cheese. Heat at Medium 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 4 servings.
