Ingredients

  • 4 large oranges, peeled and cut
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, brown sugar, and grated orange rind and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. In a deep dish or bowl, layer one-third of the oranges and one-third of the coconut.
  3. Repeat the layers with remaining oranges and coconut.
  4. Top with the prepared dressing.
