Ingredients

  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Biscuit Topper

Instructions

  1. Mix cornstarch, brown sugar, and cold water in a bowl.
  2. Add sliced fresh peaches to the mixture.
  3. Cook and stir until the mixture is bubbly.
  4. Add butter and lemon juice, then pour into two individual casseroles.
  5. Add Biscuit Topper to each casserole.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
