Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork (shoulder, butt or chops)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sage, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a glass bowl.
  2. Cut pork into cubes and submerge in marinade.
  3. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
  4. Skewer the marinated pork pieces and broil, turning once.
  5. Baste with remaining marinade during broiling.
  6. Serve with rice if desired.
