Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained and cut into pieces
  • 1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes orange Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Mix drained pineapple and orange pieces in a large bowl.
  2. Add cottage cheese and stir well.
  3. Sprinkle dry orange Jell-O over the mixture and stir until evenly combined.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth.
  5. Pour into a large salad bowl and refrigerate until set.
