  • 1/2 cup bottled steak sauce
  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 6 orange slices (3/8-inch thick)

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops on an unheated rack in a broiler pan.
  2. Broil the chops 4 inches from the heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn the chops over and broil for an additional 5 minutes.
