Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Combine boneless pork and beef, then set aside.
  2. Slice potatoes and onions paper thin.
  3. Layer sliced potatoes at the bottom of the pie crust, followed by sliced onions.
  4. Place the meat mixture on top of the vegetables.
  5. Cover with the remaining pie crust and seal the edges.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
