Ingredients

  • 1 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • orange honey syrup

Instructions

  1. Stir together biscuit mix, oats, sugars, and orange peel.
  2. Beat together eggs, milk, orange juice, and vanilla with a rotary beater; add to the flour mixture.
  3. Stir until blended; let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle.
  5. Cook over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes until golden brown, turning once.
