Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen baby carrots
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 slices unpeeled oranges

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add brown sugar, orange juice, and cinnamon; cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add frozen baby carrots to the skillet and spoon sauce over them.
  4. Cover with unpeeled orange slices and cook until carrots are tender, partially covered.
  5. Frequently baste the carrots with the cooking liquid while cooking.
