A rich, no-bake microwave candy featuring layers of chocolate, butterscotch, peanut butter, and peanuts, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings and sharing with friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 c. peanuts
  • 2 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
  • 3 c. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a 4-cup measuring cup, add chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter.
  2. Pour half of this mixture into a wax paper-lined 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Place the pan in the freezer to set.
  4. In the remaining half, add peanuts and set aside.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, combine pudding, milk, and margarine.
  6. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from microwave and stir well.
  8. Blend in maple flavoring and powdered sugar.
  9. Spread this mixture on top of the frozen chocolate/butterscotch layer.
  10. Top with the remaining chocolate/butterscotch mixture containing peanuts.
  11. Place the pan back in the freezer for several hours until firm.
  12. Store in the refrigerator before serving.
