Instructions
- Dissolve the orange jello in boiling water.
- Add the orange sherbet to the dissolved jello and stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole or mold.
- Refrigerate until almost firm, about 2 hours.
- Gently fold in drained mandarin oranges.
- Return to the refrigerator and chill until completely firm, about 2 more hours.
