Orange Crisps

Instructions
- Cream shortening, gradually add sugar and orange juice.
- Cream well.
- Add egg and orange rind. Sift flour, salt and soda.
- Add to creamed mixture a little at a time.
- Fill cookie press.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 10 to 12 minutes, at 400°.
- Yields 7 dozen.
