Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • grated rind of 1 orange
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a double boiler and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Add coconut (if desired) and spread over cake.
