Ingredients

  • 10 Twinkies
  • 1 large box orange jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 No. 202 can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Split the Twinkies lengthwise.
  2. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with the split Twinkies, cut side up.
  3. Mix orange jello and boiling water until dissolved.
  4. Stir in softened vanilla ice cream until well mixed.
  5. Add drained crushed pineapple and pour the mixture over the cakes.
  6. Chill the cake until set.
  7. Keep chilled before serving.
