Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked rice, eggs, and 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 12-inch pizza pan to form the crust.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 400° to 450°F for 20 minutes.
  5. Mix the remaining tomato sauce with basil, garlic salt, and oregano.
  6. Spread the sauce evenly over the baked crust.
  7. Add your favorite toppings to the sauce-covered crust.
  8. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
