Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups extra strong coffee
  • whipped cream
  • toasted coconut

Instructions

  1. Heat together the flaked coconut, milk, and sugar.
  2. Liquefy the mixture in a blender and strain.
  3. Add the extra strong coffee and reheat.
  4. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of toasted coconut.
