Ingredients

  • 2 large boxes orange Jell-O
  • 1 quart orange sherbet
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 small can mandarin orange segments

Instructions

  1. Place the orange Jell-O in a large bowl and add 3 cups of boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Add 2 cups of cold water or orange juice and stir well.
  3. Stir in the orange sherbet until smooth.
  4. Fold in the Cool Whip gently until evenly incorporated.
  5. Add the drained mandarin orange segments and crushed pineapple; stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a prepared container, such as a Bundt pan.
  7. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
