Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Bring the orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch to a boil.
  2. Cook until slightly thickened, then remove from heat.
  3. Add beaten egg yolks, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour into a baked pie shell.
