Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Put packages of frozen spinach in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass pan so that they lean on the edge of the pan.
  2. Microwave on High for 9 to 10 minutes; drain and discard liquid and packaging.
  3. Place spinach in a dish and add dry onion soup mix and sour cream; mix well.
  4. Level the mixture in the dish.
  5. Sprinkle stuffing mix over the top.
  6. Dot with margarine and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  7. Microwave at 70% power for 8 minutes or until heated through.
