Ingredients

  • 12 oz. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 6 oz. can frozen orange juice, defrosted
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed vanilla wafers, confectioners sugar, chopped nuts, and defrosted orange juice until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Roll the balls in additional confectioners sugar.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled and firm.
