Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped nuts or Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1/3 cup frozen undiluted orange juice
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped candied cherries

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 1/2 cups of chopped nuts or Rice Krispies with the crushed vanilla wafers, frozen orange juice, light corn syrup, powdered sugar, and chopped candied cherries in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Roll each ball in the remaining 1/2 cup of chopped nuts or Rice Krispies to coat.
  5. Place the coated balls on a tray and refrigerate until firm before serving.
