Orange Pineapple Delight Cake

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and mandarin oranges with juice. Mix until well blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is still warm, pour 3/4 cup of juice from the crushed pineapple over the top.
- In a separate bowl, mix the pineapple with the vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
- Spread the pineapple and pudding mixture evenly over the cooled cake.
- Top with Cool Whip or whipped topping and refrigerate before serving.
