Orange-Pineapple Mold

- Drain the crushed pineapple and measure the juice, then add water to make 2 cups.
- In a saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, cream cheese, and bring to a boil, stirring until the cream cheese is fully melted.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl with the orange Jell-O and stir until all is dissolved.
- Add the crushed pineapple and evaporated milk to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a medium Tupperware mold lightly sprayed with Pam.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Optional: Serve with a dressing of Cool Whip and mayonnaise if desired, but the salad is rich enough without.
